PLANNING CONSIDERATIONS
No adverse comments have been received from any reviewing
agency. The applicant proposes to remove the existing
structure and replace it with a 4 unit apartment building.
Neighbors express concern about the parking, but have been
assured that the parking required will be provided off the
street. A letter from the owner of the Barton Oaks
Apartments was received in support of the request with the
proviso that a new structure is built.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff_ recommends approval.
COMMISSION ACTION:
The applicant was present, and there were no objectors.
After a brief discussion, the Commission moved to approve
the application as filed. The motion was passed - 11 ayes,
