Thank you for your attendance of the December 1" HDC meeting. Please see the attached letter and enclosed copy of
the signed Certificate of Appropriateness for your project at 418-422 E 15t" Street. The original is at our office and can be
either picked up or mailed to you for your records (or the property owner's records). Should there be changes during
construction (design, materials, size, etc.) from the approved COA, applicant shall notify Commission staff and take
appropriate actions.

their agent (you) will need to be present in order for the item to be heard. I believe I sent you a calendar invitation and
