Yes, this would be acceptable. Staff recommendation would be approval with the condition that the columns be
installed in both the flat and corner configurations in the same arrangement and location as the originals.
I will update the Commission when I give the staff report for the item.

Good afternoon Greg,
Please see the attached letter and enclosed copy of the staff report for your application. Two of the Commissioners have
notified me that they will not be present at the December V meeting. We anticipate to still have a quorum at the
meeting with 5 Commissioners planning to attend. However, you will need 5 positive votes for your application to pass,
which means you would need all 5 votes present. You are welcome to defer your application at the December hearing to
the January hearing if you wish due to Commissioner attendance. If you choose to defer for this reason, the City will be
responsible for future public notices.
Let me know if you have any questions! I will be out of town for the holidays but will be checking emails periodically.
