Your application HDC2022-025 for the replacement of historic porch columns, at 418
422 E 15t" Street will be heard before the Historic District Commission on December 1,
2022. The hearing will be held in the Auditorium Room at the Willie Hinton
Neighborhood Resource Center at 3805 W 12t" Street. The meeting will begin at
4:00p.m.
Your application will be Item One on the agenda. You or your agent must be present in
order for the item to be heard.
Please follow directions exactly when giving ten days' notice to all property owners as
stated in the application on page 3 instructions #6 and #7. Use "HDC2022-025" to
complete your mailing labels as shown in the instructions. Additionally, please put the
HDC meeting location and date on your public notice letters.
