Hey Paul! They have. They will need to apply for a COA and go through an HDC public hearing which won't take place
until December 1st. Will the rest of their work be on hold until then?

Hi Paul,
Could you issue a stop work order to 418-420 E 15t" Street? They've done work to the interior with a permit #202219154
but have also done exterior work not mentioned in the permit description, like replacing the porch columns. No COA
was provided.
