and as approved by Historic District Commission in the December 1, 2022 hearing.
Project Description with Conditions listed:
Porch Column Replacement
1) Remove unpermitted cedar posts from all front porches.
2) Replace with Superior Aluminum Products Series 6D Decorative Ornamental
Columns, style 304/305.
3) Columns will be installed in both the flat and corner configurations in the same
arrangement and location as the originals.
