PROJECT DESCRIPTION
1. To restore and re -paint wood trim of house - including the
repair or replacement', and painting of the deteriorated
lap -siding on the south side wood -frame addition to the
house. (Such frame addition is located on a non -street
facade of the house).
2. To replace two modern non -appropriate "garden" windows on
the south non -street facade with appropriate period style
double hung 1/1 windows to match existing original windows
in the facade.
3. Other than the restoration to original style windows on the
south non -street facade, the house will not be altered
beyond necessary maintenance. Other than paint, the street-
scape will be unaffected.
1Due to the inability to obtain wood replacement siding that
would hold paint in this exposure, "Hardy -Plank" synthetic siding
matching the existing scale dimension, and detailing of the
original will be used. The existing cornerboards and all other
wood components will be repaired and remain.

Attention Tony Bozynski:
Dear Mr. Bozynski,
Please accept my application for Certificate of Appropriateness
per our discussion. I am hopeful and of the opinion that my
project should remain at the level of a less formal
administrative or staff clearance or authorization. My project,
initially approved by Ann Guthrie, is fundamentally maintenance
and painting with the necessary prep work, along with the
restoration to original of an off street facade window.
Thank you,
John Bush
