Other than the restoration to original style windows on the south non -street facade, the house will not be altered beyond necessary maintenance. Other than paint, the street- scape will be unaffected. 1Due to the inability to obtain wood replacement siding that would hold paint in this exposure, "Hardy-Plank" synthetic siding matching the existing scale dimension, and detailing of the original will be used. The existing cornerboards and all other wood components will be repaired and remain.
