a centerline more particurlarly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the wcst line of the Southeast Quarter
of the Southeast Quarter (SEk SEk) of Section 32, Township 2
North, Range 12 West, 40 feet, more or less, south of the north -
vest corner; thence North 85 degrees 56 minutes East parallel to
and 40 feet south of the north line of said quarter -quarter sec-
tion, 958.6' feet, more or less;
This easement description was taken in part from an easement des-
cription filed in Record Book 910, page 522, Pulaski County Court
house records.
