The Proposed addition will provide office space, while the existing structure will have the computer equipment. The existing configuration of the present building prompts the request. There is a private drive located just south of the property which serves as an egress point for the Worthen Bank on Geyer Springs Road to the east, but there is no access to this,,drive from this property. Staff recommends approval. Board Action: The applicant was present and there were no objectors. After a brief discussion, the Board moved to approve the application as filed.
