LEGAL DESCRIPTION FROM WHICH THIS SURVEY WAS MADE
Part of the SE 1/4. SE 1/4, Section 19, T -1-N, R -i2 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, lying
south and east of the right-of-way of the Missouri -Pacific Railroad and west of Patterson
Avenue (formerly Gum Springs Road) more particularly described as follows: , Commence
at a point on the west right-of-way of Patterson Avenue and on the soOneast right-of-way
of the Missodri-Pacific Railroad: thence S 41° 20' E, 100.0 feet along the west right-of-way
of Patterson Avenue to a point on the southeast right-of-way of Baldwin Road: thence
S 48° 38' W, 180.0 feet along said southeast rightof-way; thence S 77' 37' E. 228.2 feet to
a point on the west right-of-way of Patterson Avenue: thence S 11' 37' E: 49.4 feet along
said west right-of-way to the Point of Beginning; thence S 700 54' W, 677.3 feet to a point
on the southeast right-of-way of Baldwin Road; thence S 550 48' W. 86.5 feet along said
southeast right-of-way; thence continue along said southeast right-of-way S 55' 34' W, 100
feet: thence S 01* 15' E, 62.3 feet: thence N 70' 50' E, 86'.0 feet to a point on the west
right-of-way of Patterson Avenue: thence N 110 37' W. 108.3 feet along said west right-of-
way to the Point of Beginning, containing '_ acres, more or less.
