February 24, 1981 Item No. 13 - OTHER MATTERS Subject: Suburban Development Plan Amendment, Hinson Road STAFF COMMENT: This plan amendment is proposed by Staff in light of the rezoning request (Z-3633) for the condominium development along Hinson Road. Staff feels that single family attached in this area would be in keeping with the residential character already established. If the zoning is passed, Staff recommends the forwarding of a plan amendment as proposed with that action to the Board of Directors. COMMISSION ACTION The matter was deferred to the March 10, Planning Commission meeting because of its tie-in with Item 7. There was no vote on the deferral as this was not an advertised matter.
