PLANNING CONSIDERATIONS
This item was deferred from the February 24 Planning
Commission meeting in order to allow time for a proposed
text amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to be considered by
both the Planning Commission and the Board of Directors.
Subsequent to that deferral, the amendment proposed was
written, which negates the usefulness of.this zoning
request, and that amendment was passed by the Board of
Directors on April 21. Therefore, it is requested that this
item be withdrawn from the Planning Commission Agenda.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the item be withdrawn without prejudice.
COMMISSION ACTION:
The Commission accepted the request for withdrawal on this
item, and the motion was passed - 11 ayes, 0 noes.

PLANNING CONSIDERATIONS
No adverse comments have been received from any reviewing
agency. Engineering reported that street improvements have
already been requested. The proposed zoning is compatible
with other uses and zoning in the area.
The applicant is presently constructing a restaurant at this
location. Because the restaurant will have a drive-through
window area, the zoning change is required.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval.
COMMISSION ACTION
At the request of staff, the Commission deferred
consideration of this item for sixty (60) days to allow an
opportunity to seek an ordinance amendment which would
eliminate the need for this request The motion was passed:
