PLANNING CONSIDERATIONS:
No adverse comments have been received from any reviewing
agency regarding this request. This property has been
replatted into three tracts, two of which will be committed
to this project. The remaining tract, which is and will
remain zoned "I-2," will in the future become the site of
another business.
All rights-of-way issues have been settled in the platting
process. The proposed use is compatible with the area, and
there are no neighborhood conflicts.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
The applicant was present, and there were no objectors.
After a brief discussion, the Commission moved to approve
the application as filed. The vote was: 10 ayes, 0 noes
and 1 absent.
