3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
4 INTO A CONTRACT WITH GPS INSIGHT, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO
5 EXCEED ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS
6 ($185,000.00), PLUS APPLICABLE TAXES AND FEES, FOR THE
7 PURCHASE OF GPS SERVICES FOR THE FLEET SERVICES DIVISION;
8 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS,Fleet Services Division has a need to purchase GPS Services from GPS Insight;and,
11 WHEREAS, vendor selection was made through the utilization of the Sourcewell Contract No.
12 020221-GPI; and,
13 WHEREAS, the total cost for the purchase is One Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Dollars
14 ($185,000.00),plus applicable taxes and fees.
15 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
16 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
17 Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into an agreement with GPS Insight in an amount
18 not to exceed One Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Dollars ($185,000.00), plus applicable taxes and fees,
19 for the purchase of GPS Services for Fleet Services Division.
20 Section 2. Funds for this purchase are allocated in the Fleet Account No. 600013-63211.
21 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
22 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
23 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
24 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
25 resolution.
26 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances,resolutions, or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
27 the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
