3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
4 INTO A CONTRACT WITH PRESIDIO NETWORKED SOLUTIONS, IN
5 AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR
6 THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE AND 26/100 DOLLARS
7 ($174,875.26), PLUS APPLICABLE TAXES AND FEES, FOR THE
8 PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF VIDEO CONFERENCE
9 EQUIPMENT FOR THE LITTLE ROCK POLICE DEPARTMENT
10 HEADQUARTERS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

12 WHEREAS,the new Little Rock Police Headquarters building, located at 615 West Markham Street,
13 has been completed and occupied with one significant project remaining which will equip the Assistant
14 Chief Clarence Hunter Conference Room with audio/visual equipment that will enable the Conference
15 Room to function as a command post and support video/audio conferencing; and,
16 WHEREAS,the current plan includes the purchase and installation of a total of eight(8) large screen
17 monitors,three(3)voice tracking cameras,ceiling mounted speakers and microphones,and two(2)control
18 boxes in a two(2)-phased project; and,
19 WHEREAS, Vendor selection of Presidio Networked Solutions was made through utilization of the
20 State Contract No. 4600048977 SP-20-0051; and,
21 WHEREAS, the total cost for the contract shall not exceed One Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand,
22 Eight Hundred Seventy-Five and 26/100 Dollars($174,875.26), plus applicable taxes and fees.
23 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
24 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
25 Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with Presidio Networked Solutions
26 for the purchase and installation of a total of eight (8) large screen monitors, three (3) voice tracking
27 cameras,ceiling mounted speakers and microphones,and two(2)control boxes in a two(2)-phased project
28 in the amount not to exceed One Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand, Eight Hundred Seventy-Five and 26/100
29 Dollars($174,875.26),plus applicable taxes and fees.
30 Section 2. Funds for this expenditure are available from American Rescue Funds, Account No.
31 271529-G0601 AR52A.
32 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
33 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or

1 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
2 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
3 resolution.
4 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions,or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
5 the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
