NOTES
1. Property survey information taken from site plan prepared
by Porter -Crawford Company, Inc. engineers dated June 18, 1975.
2. Owner: National By -Products, Inc., 4300 East Ninth Street,
Little Rock, Arkansas,
3. Projected total employees after plant addition = 30.
4. Access entrance and parking on property adjacent to the east
of National By -Products parcel #2 by agreement with the
Little Rock Regional Airport.
5. Site plan elevation for building addition at finish floor
of 254.o'equals new finish floor elevation 100.00' as
shown:on building construction drawings.
6. New building addition will require no heating and/or air
conditioning.
