For: Sidney Thom
Part of the NW'/. NW% Section 4, T -1-N, R -13 -vv and part of the NE'/. NW'/ Section 4, T -1-N, R -13W and
part of the SE'/. NW/4 Section 4, T -1-N, R -13-W, all in Pulaski County, Arkansas, an Easement Ten (10) Feet
Wide, Five F) Feet each side of a centerline more particularly described as:
Beginning at the SW corner of the N''h NE% NW/4 of said Section 4; thence S0005d W along the West Ilse
of said NE'/. NW' /4 500.0' to a point on the North (left) bank of Rock Creek (sdid point being 15'! North
of the High Bank of said Creek); thence meandering along the North (left) bank of said CreeK in a south-
easterly direction the following courses: S88005'E 83.43'; S65003'E 172.9 7'; S 10o01'E 128.55' to a
point on the West R/W line of Alamo Circle extended; thence S01023V along the West R 'W line of
Alamo Circi- extended 182,77' to a point on the existing centerline of West Markham Street; thence
continueS0102XW along the West R/W line of said Alamo Circle extended 224.28' to the termination
of said dement
An additional Fifteen (15) Feet on each side of the above described shall be used as a temporbry easement
for construction purposes only. Upon completion and approval of construction, the temporary portion
of this easement shall revert to the Grantor and the Ten (10) Feet permanent shah be as described above.
