STAFF COMMENT
Staff has determined that all of the above requests meet the
standards of the Ordinance and that the requested districts
are appropriate for the locations and uses. Staff
recommends their approval.
COMMISSION ACTION:
Staff briefly reviewed all of the requests on the consent
agenda giving the background as to the reasons for the
applications and the specifics relative to the request made.
Items Z-3612 and Z-3615 were deferred for further
consideration because of the Board of Directors possible
decision to make a change which would negate these
applications. The deferral was passed on a vote of 9 ayes,
0 noes, 1 absent, 1 abstention (John Schlereth abstained).
The remaining items Z -3555-A, Z -2552-A, Z-3605, Z-3609 and
Z-3618 were approved as submitted on a vote of 9 ayes,
0 noes, 1 absent, 1 abstention (John Schlereth abstained).
