The lot under consideration will be combined with the tract to the east, Lot 5, 'Corporate Hill Addition. (The replatting issue is Item No. 3 on this agenda.) Lot 5 of the Corporate Hill Addition is zoned "0-2" and the owner wishes to have the same zoning on the one lot after the replatting is completed. There are no outstanding issues and staff supports the "0-2" reclassification. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the 110-2" rezoning as requested. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: 1-26-88 The applicant was present. There were no objectors. A motion was made to recommend approval of the "0-2" rezoning as filed. The motion passed by a vote 9 ayes, 0 noes and 2 absent. Markham Little Rock, AR 72201 RE: Request for Replat and Rezoning of Property Dear Commission Members, Environmental Systems Company owns lot 8 of the Executive Park addition which is zoned 0-3 and lot 5 of the Corporate Hill addition which is zoned 0-2. These two lots adjoin each other and lot 8 of Executive Park is immediately to the north of lot 7 in Executive Park which is the location of our corporate headquarters. We want to replat lot 5 of Corporate Hill and lot 8 of Executive Park as one parcel to be known as ENSCO Parkhill lot number one. We, therefore, request an approval of a combined preliminary final plat of ENSCO Parkhill lot one with 0-2 zoning (rezoning of lot 8 has been filed with OCP). Please find enclosed: 1) a check for $108.00 plat filing fee, 2) a check for $150.00 rezoning filing fee, and 3) 15 copies of the plat drawings as requested by city ordinances.
