No adverse comments have been received from any reviewing agency; however, Southwestern Bell did request that an existing telephone easement along the eastern boundary of the original track be preserved. There are no particular issues surrounding this case. It appears reasonable to include this tract into the Executive Park Development. STAFF RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends approval. COMMISSION ACTION The applicant was present and there were no objectors. After a brief discussion, the Commission moved to approve the application as filed. The motion was passed: 10 ayes, 0 noes, 1 absent.
