PLANNING CONSIDERATIONS
No adverse comments have been received from any reviewing
agency. One neighbor who lives immediately behind Kaufman's
present location has called indicating her opposition to
this request. Her property is zoned "I-2" Light Industrial.
A part of this property is already in use as a contractor
storage yard and has been used in this manner for several
years. Staff does not see any adverse impact on adjacent
properties. This is an area of the City in transition as
can be seen from the confusing zoning and development
patterns. Very little can be done to alter the course now
set.
