Enclosed, please find a check for $125.00 for the review fee; one copy of certified plat of proposed property dated February 6, 1981; and 15 copies of the proposed project on Lot 2 of certified plat. It is the owner's intention to have the option of leasing individual office buildings or to sell the buildings as office condominium units. It is also the owners intention to market these buildings to the public using carefully selected, environmentally safe, building products and elaborate filtering systems for heating and cooling. The scale of the office units are very much like that of neighboring Pleasant Valley homes. The parking lots are situated such that the highest exposure parking will be for the visitor, approximately 5 per office building. This parking will be segregated from employee parking. Landscaping is not shown in detail at this point, however, Mr. Thurmond's intention is to provide a landscaping scheme which is unsurpassed in this area and more than meets basic city requirements. If there are any issues that require more information in order to make a recommendation to the Subdivision Committee of the Planning Commission on October 21, 1985, please advise me. Thank you.
