SUBJECT: APPROVED CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS —
620 E. 6TH

This memorandum is to acknowledge that revised plans have been submitted to this
office and staff has reviewed them, a condition of the Certificate of Appropriateness
(C.O.A.). The revised plans show the location of the staircase and the additional
treatment for the fascia. Both were conditions that the Little Rock Historic District
Commission attached to the approved C.O.A. for 620 E. 6 h. All the conditions have been
met with the exception of the time periods to start and complete the project, a standard
condition that is placed on most approvals.
