Staff Recommendation:
The existing structure is nearly underground from street
level. The proposed construction will permit flood proofing
of the structure. It will also serve to square up the
building shape. The lot, while large, is of an unusual
shape and the line of the creek determines the location of
the building.
Staff recommends approval.
