I am sorry I am so slow to get you comments on your report, I just had a block of time and went through it and it is
great-
I just noticed a couple of items:
Page 4, I wonder if you need to also include, in the non-contributing section, demolitions. I am not sure how you state
this so that folks understand but when you have demolition of a contributing resource, it counts against you twice, you
lose the contributing resource and the site also becomes non-contributing, which is a killer.
Page 5. for the book you reference it is Nichols instead of Cheryl --Cheryl is her first name
Page 6. in the fourth line of the first paragraph, I think it should be Battery instead of Batter
Page 9, it looks like the figures referenced in the text are not correct for the images, I think you ne ed to change figure 14
to 13 and figure 13 to 14
Page 10, same thing, I think the label on the figures is not correct, you need to swap Figure 17 & 18 under the images
Page 11, same here, the labels are mixed up
Page 12. I would suggest adding (HOLC) after you spell out Home Owner's Loan Corporation in the first line
Page 13, in third paragraph, did you mean to say insensitive instead of intensive? wasn't sure
Page 17. there is weird spacing on that second line of the first paragraph
Just my opinion, you should strive to have an odd number of commissioners so that you don't have a tie--
