Susan, attached is the final version of the moratorium resolution. There has been a slight change since the last version
you say (Planning staff will review applications for permits for maintenance, not HDC staff). The Board Communication is
the same but I’ve attached it for your convenience. As I understand it, we’re missing the deadline to submit this so it will
have to appear as a modified item on the Board’s agenda. Thank you for your help and please let me know if you have
