Staff Recommendation:
The proposed addition is designed to match the existing side
wall alignments of the house. This produces an encroachment
into the south yard. On-site inspection reveals that the
existing encroachment is standard for this neighborhood,
with other homes along the street having similar side yard
setbacks. No other additional encroachment is planned.
Staff recommends approval.
