Prior commitments of zoning on this block and on the neighboring blocks east and west virtually assure this request's reasonableness. The proposal is for redevelopment of the property. The only right-of-way issue is Johnson Street where five feet will be required. The applicant has agreed to provide an easement deed for this. STAFF RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends approval. COMMISSION ACTION The applicant was present, and there were no objectors. After a brief discussion, the Commission moved to approve the application as filed. The motion was passed: 9 ayes, 0 noes and 2 absent.
