assure this request's reasonableness. The proposal is for
redevelopment of the property.
The only right-of-way issue is Johnson Street where five
feet will be required. The applicant has agreed to provide
an easement deed for this.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval.

The applicant was present, and there were no objectors.
After a brief discussion, the Commission moved to approve
