lying South and West of Cantrell Road (State Hwy. No. 10), more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at the SW Corner of said NI/2 N1/2 SWI/4
NEI/4 Section 32; thence North 216.2 ft. to a point that is 30 ft. South of
the centerline of Allsopp Park Road; thence to the right with an interior
angle 8713' 88.0 ft. along the South right-of-way of said road to a point on
the South right-of-way of Cantrell Road; thence to the right with an interior
angle of 145°57' 165.85 ft. along said South right-of-way of Cantrell Road
to an iron pin; thence to the right with an interior angle of 90°08' 141.5 ft.
to an iron pin on the South line of said N1/2 N1/2 SWI/4 NE1/4 Section 32;
thence to the right with an interior angle of 12618' 136.1 ft. along said
South line to the point of beginning, containing 35,696 sq. ft- or 0.8195
