STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval. COMMISSION ACTION: After a brief discussion, the Planning Commission voted to approve this application as filed. The motion was passed - 9 ayes, 0 noes and 2 absent. The applicant stated that there were some questions that yet needed to be answered, understanding that he could get a conditional use permit simultaneously with the zoning action. When he found that was not possible at this meeting, he asked that the property not be zoned until such time that everything could be put into order. The Planning Commission moved to expunge the record of the previous vote. The motion passed - 9 ayes, 0 noes and 2 absent. The Commission then voted to defer the matter to the next meeting.
