FROM H,-2 TU MF -12 Let it be known that the undersigned property owners in Little Rock, Arkansas and owning property adjacent to or in the immediate area to the proposed rezoning are directly opposed to the rezoning. We are opposing the rezoning change for reasons as follows; (1) The destruction of the neighborhood concept of one family dwellings that are now, and have been for 22 years, on adjacent property. (2) The nuisances created by multi -family and multi -story buildings with no reasonable buffer zone from one concept of family dwelling to another. O 'icne traffic problem created directly across the existing neighborhooh elementary school and the general neighborhood (� The overcrowded situation as to land, schools, playgrounds and other facilities in the immediated area. (� The existing property owners were and have been assured they were buying property ina single family neighborhood and it would not change. (6) The drainage of a large portion of Wingate, Leawood, Nob Hill and neighborhood areas as far as Highway #10 depend on existing proven drainage. Any change,(i.e addition to or interruption) in the now natural flow of water would immediately create a serious loss to property owners. Conclusion can only be that above detriments can only devalue the propertyin the area and leave all property owners without recourse to their fair value and anticipated oncreases to property now owned.We plead that the single family zoning will remain in the area and no further encroachment will be made.
