This request is in conjunction with the conversion of a

Thomas Pest Control Company. The intention is to enclose
the area under the existing canopy, requiring a ten -foot
encroachment into the front yard.
Staff recommends approval with the condition that all other
ordinance requirements be met including full street
improvements along the boundaries of the property.
