94.10 -ft. to the point of beginning; thence S2011'30"W and parallel with the West
line of SW1/4 SWI/4 said Section 35, 277.38 ft. to a point; thence S87036'49"E,
77.90 ft. to a point; thence S4045'09"W, 307.56 ft. to a point; thence S16°31'29"W,
172.22 ft. to a point on the/North "right-of-way line of Rodney Parham Road; thence
Westerly along said North right-of-way line, the following chord bearings and dis-
