R -13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as: Starting at
the Northwest corner of the SW1/4 SW1/4 said Section 35; thence S87°32'07"E,
504.70 ft. to a point; thence S1°46'18"W, 427.61 ft. to a point; thence N87°23'58"W,
94.10 ft. to the point of beginning; thence S2°11'30"W and parallel with the West
line of SW7/4 SWI/4 said Section 35, 277.38 ft. to a point; thence S87°36'49"E,
77.90 ft. to a point; thence S4°45'09"W, 307.56 ft. to a point; thence 516'31'29"W,
172.22 ft. to a point on the North right-of-way line of Rodney Parham Road; thence
Westerly along said North right-of-way line, the following chord bearings and dis-
tances of: N73°10'58"W, 176.47 ft.; N67°43'05"W, 120.28 ft.; N16`54'52"E, 27.0 ft.;
N73005'08"W, 6.0 ft.; S16°54'52"W, 27.0 ft.; N73°05'08"W, 99.08 ft. and N35048'55"W,
65.50 ft, to a point on the East right-of-way line of Reservoir Road; thence North-
erly along said East right-of-way line, the following chord bearings and distances:
