- Rezoning Lot 1, Block 5, Calloway Addition, from
"C-3" General Commercial District to "R-5" Urban
Residence District.
STAFF COMMENT:
Each of the above applications meet the criteria established
within Section 1-106.1 of the Zoning Ordinance, and the
districts requested are appropriate for the stated intended
uses.
Staff recommends approval.
COMMISSION ACTION:
One by one the Commission moved to approve the four items
contained on the Consent Agenda. The motions all passed:
7 ayes, 0 noes and 4 absent.
