No adverse comments have been received from any reviewing agency. There are no right-of-way issues. STAFF RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends approval. COMMISSION ACTION The applicant was present. There were no objectors. Bill Hastings abstained from discussing and voting on this issue. The Commission moved to approve the application as filed. The motion was passed: 8 ayes, 0 noes, 2 absent and 1 abstention (Hastings abstained).
