NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

The City of Little Rock is in the process of reviewing the Future Land Use Map in the southern
extra territorial jurisdiction (ETJ). The ETJ are lands outside of the city limits, but where the City
has land use and subdivision authority granted by the State. The Future Land Use Map is used
by the Planning Commission to inform future land use and zoning decisions. Staff would like to
share possible changes and invite comments on the Future Land Use Map prior to proposing a
package of changes to the Planning Commission and Little Rock Board of Directors.
Staff has scheduled two public meetings where you can review the Future Land Use Map and
possible amendments. Comments may also be left at these meetings. The meetings will be
‘drop-by’ meetings (no formal presentations) where you are welcome to stop-by at your pleasure
