Dear Property Owner:
The City of Little Rock is in the process of reviewing the Future Land Use Map in the southern
extra territorial jurisdiction (ETJ). The ETJ are lands outside of the city limits, but where the City
has land use and subdivision authority granted by the State. The Future Land Use Map is used
by the Planning Commission to inform future land use and zoning decisions (see the Future Land
Use Map FAQ sheet on the City's website fwww.11tterock,go0ETJ 1). A set of changes to the
current adopted Land Use Plan Map has been developed and your property or a portion of your
property is within one of these change areas.
Exhibits illustrating potential map amendments can be found on the City of Little Rock's website
www.iittierock.gov\ETJ . We would like to hear if you have any comments about making the
proposed change. You can provide comments or offer suggestions on the Future Land Use Plan
Map for the ETJ on the link provided on the site. (Or you may mail comments USPS to the City's
address shown above.)
