Dear Property Owner:
This is a follow-up to a letter dated June 22, 2022 that you should have previously received. The
City of Little Rock has been reviewing the Future Land Use Map in the vicinity of your property. A
set of changes to the current adopted Land Use Plan Map has been developed and your property
or a portion of your property is within one of these change areas. Exhibits illustrating
recommended map amendments can be found on the City of Little Rock's website

The Little Rock Planning Commission will consider the package of changes at their October
hearing. This meeting will be October 13, 2022. 4 PM at the Centre at University Park — 6401
West 12th Street. You are invited to attend to give your comments. And/or you may send written
comments to the address in the letterhead by October 3, 2022.
