Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. Walter, I discussed your email with Bryan--  he is OK with the idea of using Fourche Bayou /drainage as the Western boundary for Industrial  yes, we are pretty close to having FAA VOR cone relocated and would like to have it Industrial  It will probably be a year, the way things are going, before the South Loop study is done, so we don’t have a clue about any feedback on that. However, based on discussions with College Station, we have bounced the idea around with several people of taking Bankhead Road further South and routing external traffic south of College Station. If you did that, it would probably make sense to loop into Zeuber Road, that way their trucks could come straight to Amazon. As I think of it now, why didn’t we do that in the first place?  Also, we are talking with the county about raising the level of Asher Road to provide back up flood protection in case Woodson levee fails, so Asher might become part of the South Loop discussion. I will let you know if we think of anything else. As you know we have had the two meetings for the SE ETJ Land Use review. We have received some comments and expect some more. But we will be begin working on this again next week. 2 For the area south of the Port our current thinking is to use Fourche bayou/drainage as the western boundary for the industrial. Are we close enough to moving the FAA radar to show that land as industrial? Let me know if Brian or you would like to talk about any of this. Also, what is the timeline of the review for the street alignment to provide a southern access from the Port area to the freeway system? Would there be anything from that work which might affect what we show on the Land Use Plan along 365/Dixon/Daugherty/Higgins Switch? Walter Malone, AICP Planning Manager
