Walter,
I think I heard Bryan say that location is where there are lots of borrow pits used to build the levee, would require a lot
of fill in order to be developed. So the land could be used, but it is not very desirable. It is not a prohibition, more of a
caveat.

There is some land on the west and south of the Amazon site that says ‘unuseable’. What does that mean? It must stay
open space? And if so why?
