Van,
Did you guys see any other issues with the Land Use Plan that we should either look at or you firmly
believe should be changed?
Thanks
Walter

Van,
Below are the properties we found in the proposed zoning area that the City may want to
investigate further.
Mobile Home Park at 15200 Minerva Lane
Mobile Home Park at 12405 Enterprise Lane
Mobile Home Park at 22-33 Macie Drive
Mobile Home Park at 5201 Our Way Ridge Drive
Multi-family/Apartments at 3301 Vinson Road
Multi-family/Apartments at 12001 Geyer Springs Road
Multi-family at 13104 Hilaro Springs Road
Multi-family both sides of Sooner Lane
Multi-family 3830 Vinson Road
Mobile Home Park at 12601 Ironton Cutoff. Several of these home appear to be salvage.
Mobile Home Park at 1116 Howlett Lane.
Mobile Home Park at 2201 Russenberger Lane
There are several churches in the area not shown on the City's map. Should these be zoned
institutional?
Will the zoning boundaries conform to parcel lines or remain as shown on the land use plan?
