Just a reminder about the meeting May 23. Letters were sent out a few weeks ago. Citizens were told
we would be there from 6 to 7:30 PM Monday May 23. We will try to get there about 5:30 to set-up.
Since this is a ‘drop-in’ meeting. We just would three or four tables where we can put materials (hand-
outs). There will be three or four staff members from our department to man the tables. (We do not
want or need seating for folks to sit and hear a presentation, since there will not be one.)
We will be bringing sets of 11x17 maps to hand out and several sets of 8x11 handouts. We have one sign
to put up to let folks know they are in the right place. Let me know if you think we will need anything
more.
