Subject:discussion about zoning of 3M property outside the City Limits
You have property beyond the City Limits, in the Arch Street and Dixon Roads area. This land is within the City’s Planning
jurisdiction and the City has for years exercised subdivision authority over it. But the City has decided to extent zoning
also into this area. We would like to talk with you (or someone from your organization) about what zoning classification
would be appropriate for your land and try to get this all done as the City initiates zoning for the general area.
We would like to talk with you (or someone from your organization) about the future use of your properties currently in
Pulaski County outside of the City of Little Rock. We would also like to get the information necessary to correctly zone
