done as the City initiates zoning for the general area.

You have property on and around Dixon Road and Arch Street just outside of the City of Little Rock Arkansas. This land is
within the City’s Planning jurisdiction and the City has for years exercised subdivision authority over it. But the City has
decided to extent zoning also into this area. We would like to talk with you about what zoning classification would be
appropriate for your land and try to get this all done as the City initiates zoning for the general area.
