At that meeting the Planning Commission determined it appropriate to place this item on the Consent Agenda for approval subject to completing the revised site plan to reflect those requirements required of the developer by Public Works and this office. In order to complete the Planning Commission action and this process, you are required to submit three (3) copies of the approved site plan to this office for endorsement as the approved version.
