In my capacity as a Radio Frequency Engineer for Verizon Wireless (hereinafter "Verizon"), I am
writing to you on behalf of Verizon in support of Verizon's applications to build a new site in the
city of Little Rock. My responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the design and engineering
of Verizon Wireless Communications network in the state of Arkansas.
Verizon is working to improve its coverage in and around Otter Creek Road between Stage
Coach Road and I-30 including the new outlet mall currently under construction at the
junction of 1-30/I-430. The current coverage in the area is weak, resulting in drop calls, slow
data speeds and, in extreme cases, being unable to make or receive calls. This site will greatly
improve outdoor coverage and provide good in -building coverage for this area.
Like most wireless carriers, Verizon holds FCC licenses for several different frequency bands in
Central Arkansas. Each of these licenses can be utilized in different ways and the use of each can
change as technology evolves. Currently Verizon's LTE network is deployed on the 700MHz and
2100MHz spectrum. Each of these licenses are strictly regulated by the FCC on how much power
can be transmitted and location of the antenna system to ensure safe operations. Verizon has an
entire regulatory department that ensures Verizon complies with all federal safety standards and
regulations for radio frequency emissions. The table below shows the calculated ERP for each
carrier planned for this site and that Verizon is within the maximum FCC ERP allowed.

Date: Tuesday, January 27, 2015 8:28:23 AM
Cassandra,
I'm looking at the aerial photo you sent and I'm assuming that the tower you are referring to is the
one on the west side of Stagecoach Rd./ Hwy. 5 in front of the Rental Storage Business. The existing
address for that cell tower is 10404 Stagecoach Rd. I'll go ahead and give you a separate address for
your co -location, that address will be:
10406 Stagecoach Rd.
Little Rock, AR 72210
Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance with this mater.

Subject: E911 Address Request for Verizon Wireless (Otter Creek SE 313268) "COLLOCATION"
Good afternoon:
I'm with KGI Wireless and we are representing Verizon Wireless. Verizon is planning to collocate on
an existing tower, and we are seeking an E911 address for this location.
Please see the attached documents for a Verizon collocation on an existing tower in the city of Little
Rock, inside city limits. The coordinates for this tower are Lat: 34.656747, Long -92.427922. 1 have
attached an aerial photo and site plan for your review.
Although this is a collocation, we are requesting an e911 address confirmation as we are not certain
if a suite number is assigned to collocations on an existing tower.
if you need any more information, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Your help is greatly appreciated)

The WCF zoning application for the 10406 Stagecoach Verizon co -location has been approved. I have taken the
paperwork up to Mark Alderfer in building codes. He is the next contact to obtain building permits.
