PLANNING CONSIDERATIONS
The only adverse comment received on this request from the
reviewing agencies came from the Wastewater Utility. The
utilities engineer indicates that it is not possible to
connect to the Otter Creek treatment facility because of
discharge problems. Therefore, sewer will not be available
to this site until completion of the Fourche project due in
mid 1983.
This proposal will permit the development of this 19 acre
site into a series of small commercial developments and
eliminate the two acre.minimum lot size associated with the
"C-2" district.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval.
COMMISSION ACTION
The applicant was present, and there were no objectors.
After a brief discussion, the Commission moved to approve
the application as filed. The motion passed: 9 ayes,
0 noes and 2 absent.
