STAFF COMMENT:
This property was recently platted from a part of a larger
tract within the Charles Valley Subdivision. The proposed
use of this lot is for the construction of an office which
is not permitted in the "C-4" District.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff has verified that the requested zoning is appropriate
in this case and recommends approval.
COMMISSION ACTION:
The Commission moved to recommend approval of the zoning
change. The motion passed: 6 ayes, 0 noes and 5 absent.
